1. Subscriptions & Billing
Gayroom8 may offer paid features, subscriptions, or premium services. By purchasing a Subscription (as defined in our Terms of Use), you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms presented at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings
- If you cancel, your Subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for future billing cycles after cancellation
- Access to paid features will end when the current billing period expires
3. Refunds
All payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Technical errors that prevent access to paid features
- Situations where required by consumer protection laws
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after the charge.
4. No Guarantees
Gayroom8 does not guarantee:
- Successful matches or housing outcomes
- Responses from other users
- Availability of listings
Payments are for access to the platform and its features, not for guaranteed results.
5. Account Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use or policies, you may not be eligible for a refund.
