3. Counter-Notification

4. Repeat Infringers
- GayRoom8 may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
5. Removal of Content
- GayRoom8 reserves the right to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Good Faith
- Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal liability. Please ensure all notices are accurate and submitted in good faith.
