Unless otherwise defined in this DCMA/ Copyright Policy, capitalized terms used herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Gayroom8 Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Gayroom8 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same.
1. Copyright Infringement
- Users may not upload, post, or share content that infringes on another person’s copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any content that violates intellectual property laws
- Text copied from other websites without authorization
- Photos or images you do not own or have permission to use
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
- If you believe that content on Gayroom8 infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including URL or location)
- Your name, email address, and contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
- A statement made under penalty of perjury (where applicable) that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification
- If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the removed content
- A statement that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information
- Consent to applicable legal jurisdiction (as required by law)
4. Repeat Infringers
- Gayroom8 may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
5. Removal of Content
- Gayroom8 reserves the right to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Good Faith
- Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal liability. Please ensure all notices are accurate and submitted in good faith.
